This year for her party, Emma requested a princess themed soiree! The girls started the party with a princess tattoo, then they painted fairy godmother wands that was sprinkled with pixie dust. Of course we didn't forget Mr. J, who got his very own prince mask. After painting, presents were opened and cake was enjoyed! Then to top it off, everybody was able to decorate their very own goody bag. To finish off the party, Cinderella was shown. It was a wonderful party, and we are so thankful to all of the friends and family Emma has in her life!

Our little Princess had a wonderful birthday with Mommy and Daddy! She got to make a pizza with Daddy for her birthday supper, and then we all had a cupcake. After supper, Girlie was allowed to open her presents from Mommy and Daddy. She got new Lego's and a canopy for her room. It was a nice little evening just the three of us with the big event soon to come.

F-I-V-E!

Our Baby Girl turns five today! Five. Looking at this picture of the day she was born, it is so amazing that she has come so far, so fast. I can remember praying and praying for her to live, and I am very thankful that the Lord blessed us and allowed her to stay with us.
This morning while I was getting Emma ready for school, I had to stop to sing "Happy Birthday". I asked her who's birthday was today, in which she replied, "Emma birthday!".
Thank you, Lord, for giving us this sweet girl. Thank you that we have been blessed with five of the craziest yet wonderful years! I know that You are the Giver of Life, and You chose to give us this precious girl. Thank you for the challenges! Thank you for the joy! Thank you for Emma!
