Decorating Our Pumpkins

So now that we have our pumpkins, it is now time to decorate them. On Monday, the girlie colored her little pumpkin and last night Daddy carved our big pumpkin. She really enjoyed watching Daddy and really, really wanted to help. Maybe when she's 12!!

Yesterday the girlie took Mommy and Daddy to pick out some pumpkins. It was a lot of fun to watch her walk around wanting all of the pumpkins for herself. She was too excited! She finally went over to the baby pumpkins, picked one up and said "pumpkin" and held onto it for dear life. Guess she knew what she wanted. So we made our way home with one big pumpkin to carve and three little pumpkins to keep around for fun fall decor. Stay tuned for pictures when we decorate our pumpkin and for trick or treating pictures. Cannot believe that Halloween is Friday!!! Soon it'll be Thanksgiving and Christmas...I love this time of year!!

Meanest Mom in the Whole Wide World

He'd call it torture, I call it penance! Either way Bailey has had an open wound on his back leg for two weeks now, and it won't heal because he keeps licking it open again. So today Mommy stopped by the vet's and picked up a lovely collar for him. The best part is watching him run into the walls trying to get it off! Classic!

Well this should be the last of the beach pictures. Sorry to bore you with all of them, but it was an amazing trip! These are from the aquarium where we went on our last day. The road was finally open, so we went to get some pancakes then headed off to see the fishies!! The girlie was very fun to watch.

Pray

The girlie is in need of prayer. She has pink eye. She's never had it before, so this is new territory for us...add another thing to the list of newbies. :) We have no idea where she got it or who from, but thankfully she didn't have school today or tomorrow so we're just taking it easy. Of course unless you looked at her you would never know she was sick.
