There ended up being a theme to this Christmas for Emma
Curious George! Emma received a doll and lots of George books...it was not planned that way!Today started the beginning of the second semester of school, and things will be getting back to normal soon, hopefully.
Christmas was wonderful this year! Emma has discovered presents. Yes, she woke up Christmas morning and looked at all of the gifts under the tree, and she was ready to unwrap immediately. However Mommy and Daddy were a couple of meanies and made her wait until after breakfast. She responded well by being appeased of opening her stocking from Gramma and Papa, who had arrived the day before. Daddy read from the book of Luke, and then FINALLY Emma got to open her gifts. She not only opened her presents but everyone else's as well. It was a nice, relaxing day filled w/ love, laughter and family! So thankful to have the girlie w/ us another year!
