Our big find!!!
So proud!Yesterday the girlie took Mommy and Daddy to pick out some pumpkins. It was a lot of fun to watch her walk around wanting all of the pumpkins for herself. She was too excited! She finally went over to the baby pumpkins, picked one up and said "pumpkin" and held onto it for dear life. Guess she knew what she wanted. So we made our way home with one big pumpkin to carve and three little pumpkins to keep around for fun fall decor. Stay tuned for pictures when we decorate our pumpkin and for trick or treating pictures. Cannot believe that Halloween is Friday!!! Soon it'll be Thanksgiving and Christmas...I love this time of year!!

I thought about your precious girly yesterday. We were going to Lilly's favorite clothing store Gloria Winkle (Good will) and there was this little boy following Lilly. Lilly just kept smiling and she would hide for a quick second and pop out making this little boy laugh with such glee. They continued this little game for at least 15 minutes through the store. I asked Lilly did you tell this little guy your name? Lilly replies "Mommy he wouldn't understand but he's my new Best Friend!" His mom looked at Lilly with such a big smile you are right sweetie he wouldn't understand but you have made his day. The little boy has down syndrome and to Lilly he is still her best friend. The beauty in the heart of a child.
