Hippity Hoppity

Easter seemed to arrive rather quickly this year. The girlie had a fun little party at school and was escorted by Mommy and Daddy to an Easter egg hunt at church. Both of which Mommy forgot to bring the camera. She did, however, manage to remember to take pictures of the girlie looking all cute in her little dress Easter morning. She kept pointing to her toes saying "pink toes. pink toes"!! Mommy did get a picture of the girlie holding the bucket she got at school from their egg hunt and one of the eggs she found at church. She really enjoyed herself at both events!

When Did You Get So Big?!

The time has finally arrived. The Girlie is now officially in her big girl bed, and the response was unbelievable. She is now hot stuff, A #1, Miss Thang with a big ole capital T!!! She is too short to climb up in her bed on her own, but we have put her step stool (have to get a new one for the bathroom) and taught her how to climb it. Again unbelievable!!! It took her no time at all to figure it out! Now we just have to hope that the excitement wears off soon, so she will actually sleep. :0) WTG Emma!!!

For her birthday, Girlie received some new decor for her room so that the baby Pooh stuff can finally come down. Mommy (having very little experience in decorating) was stumped in what to do with it, so Auntie to the rescue. After initially shooting down the idea, Mommy (having slept on it) decided to use Auntie's idea. Auntie was also very helpful with assisting Mommy in moving the room around. Thank you, Sissy!!!
